Meal Prep Menus

All dishes are fully cooked with whole food ingredients, and detailed macronutrients are clearly labeled. If not already listed, all of our menu options can be made Gluten-Free. The menu rotates every week, following a four-week cycle that changes with each season.

Personalize your meals to your preference! Opt-out of sauces, increase protein, reduce carbs, and more. Select your pick-up location (please refer to the details upon purchase). A minimum of 3 items are required in the cart at checkout.

Order online before Sunday at midnight. Then, choose your pick-up location from 8 local gyms or the Bites Kitchen. No subscription required!​

Pick up your expertly prepared and packaged meals at your desired location after 4pm on Mondays

Enjoy all week

Reheat in the microwave or stovetop for a few minutes and enjoy. Eat on the go or plate up for an elevated mealtime.
